Dave I will be pleased to talk/walk you through the Survey Monkey issues - basically we will need to make (very easy) what SM calls 3 collectors one for each school relating to each different survey you use (leader. teacher, student). Then each collector has its own unique URL which you make available to respondents as appropriate. Respondents click on the URL (usually in an email but it can be posted on a website - they are usually too long and complicated to type!) and then complete the survey. These are automatically collected by SM as an excel spreadsheet - you can see the progress returns every time you go to My Surveys - I actually confused your work with that of Carolyn Shields sorry! When you want to close the survey you just download the data for that survey - it is organised in excel by collector so very easy to analyse. Regards
This is a very exciting project and we look forward to your collaboration and research input. Please upload a recent photograph in your profile so that we can get to know each other. In the very near future Paul and I will organise an online chat for all of us to discuss the research project. We look forward to your active participation in carrying out the research.
